my uncel made a will but did own anything at the time of his death he gifted me cash to buy house years ago i paid tax in all for it can that be part of his will now my cusions now want me to sell it to be part of his estate furter to my last Q.ABOVE if but funds into my uncel estate in order to amd. the estate 10k x 3 to pay my cusins will his will stand or they over rual it and look for more or voide it and amd. it by law ?

Ok, this will still not form part of his estate. This will essentially be you gifting money to your cousins. You Uncle's will is valid and a grant of probate can be extract, however the estate has nothing in it so the bequest to your cousins from your Uncle fail as their is nothing there to meet them

If you give money to your cousins you do so off your own bat and it is a gift from you

Ronan :

It will have nothing whatsoever to do with your Uncle's estate
