Customer Question

Quick guidance needed - The Word WoofStock is trademarked in Canada and recently in the US, meaning that we need to change the name of our upcoming event next week as it was called WoofStock. WuffStock is not listed as Trademarked in the TESS database. We think it is different enough not to cause consumer confusion but I'm looking for some confirmation on this before we rebrand all of our marketing and event day materials. If this is too close we are also considering WoofJam. WoofStock in Canada and our event here in the US are both community dog related events and ours benefits two local nonprofit 501c3 rescues.
Thanks for any guidance you can provide...

Is WoofStock (Canada) actually using the mark in commerce in the US?...or just in Canada? in other words, are they holding events in the US using that name?
