Customer Question

I have received a letter from a lawyer, representing a former employer, telling me to remove links on my website to articles I wrote for the magazine that are on their website. What should I do? I have links to other past employers but no letters or requests from them.

I hope this message finds you well, present circumstances excluded. I am a licensed IP attorney with over a dozen years of practice experience. It is a pleasure to assist you today.

Were you commissioned to write these articles by this magazine, or was there any agreement in place prior as to ownership of the IP generated therefrom?

I look forward to hearing back from you at your convenience.
