my son had a bankruptcy 5 years ago. Recently he was sued by two people. Would this eliminate him from applying and getting accepted in to law school. thank you

No, a bankruptcy does not cause someone to be rejected from law school or even from bar admission. Someone suing him would not prevent him from being admitted either. When he applies for the bar exam, he would have to disclose them in his disclosures, but they do not prevent him from practicing law.
