Hello, I have a blogger blog, and I am running it from Pakistan, content is collected and provided by me for readers all over the world, as educational and intellectual purpose, Google taken down my content from a specific URL as they said they received a copyright violation notice from some one (they did not mention name and address) , I filed a counter notice which also has been rejected by Google,
I have following points which strong my rights:
The content is registered / copyrighted under any local or international law,
the content is for fair use for education etc.
the person/complainant did not contact me directly, first.
