Let's say, I need to trademark a phrase "Tables and Chairs". Do I need to also trademark two more phrases "Tables & Chairs" and "Tables-n-Chairs" SEPARATELY? Thank you very much!

to be safe, i'd say yes, but practically speak those TMs are all about the same....and they would all be considered "confusingly similar" in a TM dispute
so I think you could get away with doing just one (the one you like best and will actually use in practice)
