If a celebrity tweets that your company's product is the best he/she has had of its kind anywhere, can this tweet be used in promotional printed material?

Under U.S. law, you have to be careful because while it's not a copyright violation, you don't want to violate the right of publicity that celebrities have (i.e. you cannot use their name/image for commercial purposes without permission). The celebrity may have praised the company product on twitter, but that would not mean that they would directly endorse your product in another medium/manner or want you to give the impression that they endorse you etc. I'd say it's definitely one of the many gray areas of law, if you want to use the tweet you have to make it clear that you are just showing what is on twitter, and not implying some type of endorsement etc., and include a disclaimer...but even with all that there is some risk.
