Our company has a logo ABIA http://www.abia.com.au/ and we admin the Annual Bridal Industry Awards ... ABIA Awards
we have now found another company who is the promoter of the Australian Beauty Industry Awards ABIA Awards and their logo looks just like ours: http://www.mochapublishing.com.au/index.php?option=com_content&view=category&layout=blog&id=17&Itemid=79 ...which we beleive may be construed as "passing off" ..... how can we challange this. We do not have our Logo registered as a Trade Mark or Copyright.
