I am a new swimwear manufacturer using Lycra fabric. Since it is a branded fabric, do I need to get hangtags from them with their Logo & info to attach to my garments to be Legal? Gail McClory, BATHING BEAUTY SWIMWEARXXX@XXXXXX.XXX (NNN) NNN-NNNN.thanks

Lycra is a patented and trademarked fabric, thus you will need a license to use their product in your manufacture. Usually, when you purchase the product, you are purchasing a license to use the product. However, you should contact them and make sure you have the proper permission before you start selling the product.
