Hello! Let's see if we can can work together to get to the root of your question!

2030 E, E1, E2, ES? Do you have operators manual on board? Does it give codes for the unit? you say 3 short and again 3 short? Do you have a voltmeter to check the battery voltage? Are the pot hole protectors raised? If one is not tripping the switch, the unit will not drive.

Customer: replied 20 days ago.
Batteries are at 48% change and at 6.2amp. down Rogers are up and switch is fine
Expert:  Curtis B. replied 20 days ago.

Batteries at 48 percent and 6.2 amps, you mean volts per battery? For pack of 24.8 volts?

Customer: replied 20 days ago.
per battery
Expert:  Curtis B. replied 20 days ago.

What does battery pack voltage drop to ,when you raise the scissor?

Customer: replied 20 days ago.
Drops to 10
Expert:  Curtis B. replied 20 days ago.

there's the probelm, with a 24 volt battery pack, the voltage is too low. Charge battery pack or replace bad batteries, Each has t stay above 6 volts under load, which means it has to stay above 24 volts.

I have to lifts identical. They both read the same and that has no issues. Charging system works properly and battery's are checking out fine it has to be something else
Expert:  Curtis B. replied 20 days ago.

Where are you measuring the 10 volts? What is it before raising?

Customer: replied 20 days ago.
No as it is raising. It goes up and down just fine no drive,or steering
Expert:  Curtis B. replied 20 days ago.

Either 10 volts is incorrect reading, r you have a voltage problem. This is 24 volt scissor and 10 volts is extremely low!

Customer: replied 20 days ago.
Im measuring from one side so it should be at 12 it's not the charger or the battery's. They check out fine
Customer: replied 20 days ago.
Get off voltage and look elsewhere.
