Some one wired a standard electric outlet to 220V.

Customer Question

Some one wired a standard electric outlet to 220V. Unfortunately I plugged a Ge
nie Lift AWP30 S Series AWP 06 63948 into it. I would think that all I would have to do is change the transformer. I need the electrical diagram for this unit. could you send me one?

Are you talking about changing the battery charger?

Customer: replied 1 month ago.
No sir: this unit is not a battery operated unit. Strictly cord and plug unit. 110Volt unit. Some one wired a 110V receptacle at 220V. Not knowing that, I plugged in. There was some smoke, not a lot. Nothing worked when plugged into a known 110V.
I changed the transformer only. Nothing in the " bread board" looked bad. I did not think anything else was bad. I would like to have a wiring diagram.
