Primer pumps fuel out at the injector bleeder when pumped? Sounds like the fuel solenoid is not opening the passage to the injector high pressure lines. Is solenoid getting battery voltage? Is it opening? Perkins model number? 1000 series?

Can hear it click. Yes getting power

Remove the solenoid, and remove the spring and tip, reinstall and see if it will start. be prepared to kill engine by shutting off the air, or the fuel supply if it starts. If it does not start, the injection pump has internal problems.

Silonoid is very hot

It has to stay open continuously, does it stay retracted?

Expert:  Curtis B. replied 3 months ago.

If it does, the pump has internal problems, and is not pumping fuel.
