I left the boom extended about 3' and raised the outriggers

Use the manual override to bring the boom in and see it that will free up the outriggers. Here is page from manual.

Customer: replied 11 months ago.
I have the manual. I tried to return the boom manually according to the manual and nothing worked
Expert:  Curtis B. replied 11 months ago.

Boom would not retract when hand pump was used?

Expert:  Curtis B. replied 11 months ago.

Is boom in the saddle?

Customer: replied 11 months ago.
No I wasn't able to get the hand pump to do anything
Customer: replied 11 months ago.
It is
Customer: replied 11 months ago.
i might be missing something on the way to use or open valves for the hand pump
Expert:  Curtis B. replied 11 months ago.

Valve button has to be held down, while pump is used.

Customer: replied 11 months ago.
Sorry the boom isn't sitting all the way down in the craddle
Expert:  Curtis B. replied 11 months ago.

Get the boom lowered into cradle, and try it.

Customer: replied 11 months ago.
The manual pump doesn't seem to do anything no matter which way I turn the valves
Customer: replied 11 months ago.
Valves only turn or push/pull. which valve do you mean hold down
Customer: replied 11 months ago.
I've tried holding the valve in while pumping it didn't work
Expert:  Curtis B. replied 11 months ago.

Hand pump does not pump? DOes it have valve that needs to be turned in before it will pressure up? Like typical hydraulic jack?

Customer: replied 11 months ago.
Who's asking the questions here? Lol
I'm not sure I haven't seen anything similar to that
Customer: replied 11 months ago.
The manual doesn't show or provide any details about that
Expert:  Curtis B. replied 11 months ago.

Is there a blue enable button , it has to be pushed, then the function button.

Customer: replied 11 months ago.
None of the function controls will work because as soon as I turn the key on and pulled the emergency stop button to operate anything the alarm overrides all functions
Expert:  Curtis B. replied 11 months ago.

Do not turn the key on, to operate the hand pump and valves. This is a manual function.

Customer: replied 11 months ago.
Yeah I know.
Customer: replied 11 months ago.
Are you just reading the manual because I have already gone through all of the options in it. I need to bypass or override something would think
Expert:  Curtis B. replied 11 months ago.

I haven't seen one of these in 10 years. Is there a switch that the boom comes down on in the saddle? If there is , hold switch down to override.

Expert:  Curtis B. replied 11 months ago.

Did you get it going?

Customer: replied 11 months ago.
I haven't. I had to go to work.
Expert:  Curtis B. replied 11 months ago.
