We have a new rt jlg scissorlift with the duetz deisel. It runs rough and burns fat when under load and hydraulics are put to wk. Seems to happen more in cool weather?

Thanks for the info. Click this link for the manual for your serial number. The JLG analyzer is need to see if it is throwing any fault codes to determine if there is a faulty sensor or you can inspect the harness for any obvious problems causing a sensor communication problem to the ECM. See PDF pages 80-93

Check the fuel system for any restrictions or leaks, check the intake for any leaks into the manifold and for restricted air flow such as a restricted filter. If ok the next step is to see if there are any faults logged in the ECM.
