Have a Lull 42 foot lift. The controls are getting more delayed as the machine gets extended use time. The boom control seems the first to start working once the machine warms up. Everything works when we start the machine. But latter, it might take several seconds for any control to work when lever is engaged.
Already Tried: checked hydrolic fluid. was a little low, filled it up and acts the same way. the fork lever may not work at all until you engage the boom control and as soon as in states to respond you can get the forks to work normally.
let me review be rite back
from what you are saying it sounds as if your pump is week and on its way out these are the symptoms that happen works when cold as temp increases you have slow or no response there is no adjustment that you can make change pump and filter
if you want you can hook up a high pressure gauge and check pressure at pump it should be about 2800psi use a gauge that goes to at least 5000psi be careful these high pressures can and will go through your skin and directly to your blood so be care full
did you have any other questions
