We have 6 x 12,5 litre Powertech Engines model 6125-HF-070 , running at 1500 Refs , each driving a 350 KW generator. They were installed in 2007 and are now on average on about 10 000 hours . ( only 2 engines are running at any one time ) We service them every 500 hours and with the exeption of 1x unit , they have given us no trouble so far. What total life expectency can we expect from these engines ? We have to budget for 2013 and 2014 and would need to know if we can expect more trouble , or if they will run for another 2 years.
