Hello my friend has agreed to give me affidavit of support for filing green card application after marrying us citizen, when we checked his last year affidavit of support we found that his wife name on that as well. means they filed together .. so when we fill out the form, do we need her signature as well ? but the guy will be sponsoring me, but because her name is ***** ***** the income tax, do we need both of their signature ? or only sponsor's signature ? we will be keeping his job and salary proofs also
