You can include anther EAD if you wanted to, but USCIS would simply combine it with the one that is already pending. So you can (1) do that, or, you can simply (2) write a letter to update the EAD application and to state that your status has changed and your I-130 has been approved. Sort of an FYI to the desk handling the EAD.
It does not really matter. USCIS will normally authorize an EAD even if it was filed before the I-130 was approved, but finalized after the fact.

Kindly rate my answer as one of TOP THREE FACES/STARS and then SUBMIT, as this is how experts get credit for our time. Rating my answer the bottom two faces/stars (or failing to submit the rating) does not give me credit and reflects poorly on me, even if my answer is correct. I work very hard to formulate an informative and honest answer for you; please reciprocate my good faith with a positive rating.
