I graduated with a 4 years Bachelor's degree in Apr 2007

Customer Question

I graduated with a 4 years Bachelor's degree in Apr 2007 and have been working since December 2007 and I have 5 years and 2 months of work experience prior joining my current Employer. My university issued my final marks memoranda and provisional certificate in May 2007 itself. However due to delay in commencement the original degree document has been issued in May 2008. My I 140 was denied Indicating that my degree was issued in 2008 vs 2007. Accordingly, I did not have enough experience post the issuance of your Bachelor's degree to meet the requirements of a Bachelor's degree and 5 years for filing EB2. Can you any one suggest what are my options now.

Your question seems to be valued too low and no expert wants to get involved.

ok

Sorry for the delay, but that's probably why no one wants to answer. It will require some research and probably a number of follow-up questions that will take up a great deal of time. Just didn't want you waiting around as has already happened. Sorry about that.
