Judith. I am on H1B visa and got married to a US citizen

Customer Question

Hi Judith. I am on H1B visa and got married to a US citizen last month. I already changed my name with social security office but all other accounts (drivers license, bank accounts, passport) are under my old name. Can I still file I130 and I485 with my old name? (I haven't received new social security card yet with the new name)
