I'm trying to renew my iidentification card ( California ID ) but it already expire for about five year . They are asking me to get a new I94 . is there a possibility that I can get it?

Tourist visa ( from Italy to US) Actually , he petition me with all my expenses . Date of interview he is gone then , my employment authorization card went I received it"s already expired.

Can you explain in more detail what do you mean that he petition with all your expenses? And what you mean he si gone then? Are you not together anymore?

He give me all his document needed , I filed it , After a month that we are married he said his going back to Nevada , After that only phone call .Then after month I didn't hear anything from him. July 2010 I the letter telling that Sept . 2010 where having the interview So I start looking for him, but , nothing I can" find him.
