I would like to do a project with a friend who is a Mexican

Customer Question

I would like to do a project with a friend who is a Mexican national. She has a BBBCV visa that is good until 2022. We would like to conduct artistic workshops for the community. She would create an art installation and I would direct a performance. I would like to reimburse her plane ticket and provide her with a small honorarium of $500 dollars. Can she come to the US on that visa and do these things?

Hello, my name is Judith. Thank you for this opportunity to answer your questions. I have 34 years experience as a licensed immigration attorney.
Sounds very interesting.
These are the limitions on her travel using the BBBCC or BBBDV,
The BCC aspect of a BBBCC or BBBCV can still be used for land border entry without a passport within the border zone (25 miles in TX and CA; 55 miles in NM; and 75 miles in AZ) for up to 30 days.
So now you know where you can do your worshop.
What is she going to do?
How long will she be here?
