My wife who is on a conditional green card. we were married

my wife who is on a conditional green card. we were married in the usa in Feb. 2014 and got her conditional green card. in aug 14
she has left the usa and plans on not coming
back and i do not expect that our marriage will survive this separation on her part. Is there anything i can do to stop the further processing of the visa (the conditional green card) She has been out of the country for 8 months now

I'm sorry to hear about this problem. I'm sure it's disappointing. If she already has the green card, you can't cancel it. You just have to let it run its course. By that I mean, if she doesn't come back within 1 year of leaving the U.S., the green card will automatically be canceled by operation if law. If she does come back before a year, you can't cancel it either, but you do not have to help her remove her conditions. And if you get divorced, she would have to figure out how to remove conditions on her own, without you.
