hello my question is if a us citizen woman married to someone

my question is if a us citizen woman married to someone and she sponsored his spouse he got his greencard if she gets divorced to him and marry's someone else and sponsors him to for greencard will he be able to get the greencard through her and if so how long will it take

u didnt reply the other question if after getting divorced is there any waiting period to apply for the spouse the green card and how long would it take to get it ;previously was her first marrige
