Hi there! Thank you for using this service. My screen name isXXXXX and I'll be helping you with your questions today. All I ask in return is that you give me a positive rating for my customer service once I have finished assisting you to your satisfaction. If you feel the need to use "poor service" or "bad service," please ask follow-up questions instead, so that I can try to help you further. So I assume then that you have not been contacted by the NVC about filing the DS form and the next steps. The information should have been included with the notice to file the I-864. Have you reviewed all of the communication from the NVC about her visa application?
This is the email I received from the NVC:
The National Visa Center (NVC) received your inquiry regarding the immigrant visa petition: MOS2013629005 filed by RICHARD JUDE REPACK on behalf of ILONA AKIMOVA.
We received the Affidavit of Support Processing Fee payment(s) for this case.
You must now download and complete the Affidavit of Support form(s).
Please visit the following website to download the appropriate Affidavit of Support form(s) and instructions:
We received the Immigrant Visa Processing Fee Payment(s) for this case.
You must now download and complete the Immigrant Visa Application and submit it with the required original civil documents for the principal applicant and each derivative applicant that will accompany him/her to the United States. Please visit the following website for instructions on how to obtain and submit the Immigrant Visa Application:
Do not let more than one year pass without contacting the NVC concerning this visa petition. If a period of one year passes from the last date of contact (by telephone, mail, or e-mail) with the NVC, all submitted fees and documents expire. If this occurs, the fees must be paid again and documents must be resubmitted in order to continue the immigration process.
I'm physically mailing my I-864 since I have plenty of attachments to prove support. Do I need to have a barcode cover sheet? If so, how do I get it.
