my husband sad signed deportation already , is there a way that i can stop that from happening
Optional Information: State/Country relating to question: Colorado Already Tried: i already hired a lawyer but she said its a slim chance
How did he enter the U.S.? Illegally or with A visa? Which visa? What country is he from? When did he enter the U.S.? Has he committed any crimes? Which?
his mom sponser him legally through greencard
That doesn't make sense. Why are they deporting him?
well he was changed with a guncharge but was not found guilty, he took a trip to vietnam came back and Immigration snatched him. he signed the Deportation not knowing anything due to his lack of english
That still doesn't make sense because if he was found not guilty, there is no basis for a deportation. Was he truly found not guilty? Or was is dismissed? Or was it a Withhold of Adjudication?
because he signed the deportation when he in jail
The problem is that I would have to see the charging document and the document that he signed. Would you be able to upload those? I am not allowed to give you an email or contact number, but perhaps you can scan them and send them to info@justanswer.com and they may be able to get them to me. Either that, or you could write the pertinent info in a reply.
ok thanks
No problem. I will be here waiting. Your question will not close.
