Should answer yes or no for Q#16 on the I -130FORM? I had tried petitioning for my daugher before.
Optional Information: Country relating to Question: United States Already Tried: I have tried to get my adopted daughter to the USA. The 1-600 for was filed just as has she turned 16. Uscia recomended that I file a I-130 I am not sure how to answer Q# XX.

Can you please explain those responses. I don't think I asked where she is. I asked if she has ever been ordered deported or removed from the US. Has she ever been in front of the Immigration court in the United States?Also, please make sure you answer ALL of the questions I asked, in order.
