Thankyou for your quick response. My wife and i have an attorney .She has filed papers for my Colombian wife to apply for visas to come to the US. Being that i am a felon can she be denied a visa ?I have business and pay my taxes. Thankyou

If it was a domestic abuse issue that you were convicted of, you would not be eligible to sponsor your wife.
