I already graduated from my school. The F-1 reinstatement is actually for my OPT. Hence, my I-20 for reinstatement is expired at 5/10/2012 which was my graduation date. As a result, even if my reinstatement is approved with a new I-94, my I-20 expires already. In this circumstance, am I eligible to apply for DL renewal? Or if I gain back my reinstatement and file the OPT, can I use the copy of OPT application documentation to get DL renewed?
Welcome to JustAnswer.
If you do not have a valid I-20 then you will have to have the OPT card to be able to renew.
