hi, i came to united state with a tourist visa and failed to return io my country back.For the past 5years one company decided to apply a guest working permet for me, while it,s pending and my Girl friend who is united state citezen has serious decided have a married so please what shoud i do?

Response: Get married. Then let your wife apply for Green Card for you by filing Petition for Alien Relative (Form I-130) and Application for Adjustment of Status--Green Card Application (Form I-485). In order to get married in the Commonwealth of Virginia, you must apply for Marriage License. Below are Marriage License requirements in the Commonwealth of Virginia:
