we are married for 2 yrs and 2 months and now my husband filed divorce 3 weeks ago, can we still file joint petition because the divorce are still on process and not yet approved?

Yes you can still file jointly, as long as you do not get divorced prior to approval of the I-751.
my husband gives me a lot of emotional problem, verbal abuse,financial abuse and physical abuse . he hit me many times before but i just didnt say anything because i am afraid, i dont want trouble and i am saving our Marriage. Can i file a case for him with emtional,verbal,financial and physical abuse?
