And with y visa(H4) - how can I make me possible to become an independent contractor in direct sales? I mean, my relationships with government. When I can begun and what I need to do to make me possible to self work.
Hello, welcome to JustAnswer, my name isXXXXX you for this opportunity to answer your questions.
There is nothing you can file to get employment authorization to work as an independent contractor.
The only way anyone can work in the US is to be sponsored by the employer. As an independent contractor you do not have an employer.
Long ago people used to be able to make make a corporation and then have the corporation petition them to work for it. Then the corporation would pay a salary to it's owner/employee.
You cannot do that anymore because immigration says that when you work for the corporation you own the corporation cannot control you or fire you.
So now there is no way for you to get permission to work as self-employed.

And when it can be so that I will recieve my ability? Years of living in country or maybe status of my husband will changed ( he is now on H1B)... maybe his emploer will begin to do greencard for him...when I can begin to do something to have ability to work that way?
This is a totally different question. However, i will give you the courtesy of answering. You will not get the ability to work legally until your husband's employer begins the green card process for him.Even then you may have to wait several years to be able to get the employment authorization card.It will all depend on what category of employment based petition the employer files. We have visa quotas and it makes a long line waiting for a visa number. If you want to know more about this you will need to start a new question thread about permanent resident status.Judith
You are a sweetheart!!!!! thank you
