Hello,My name is XXXXX XXXXX X am one of JustAnswer's attorneys. I'll be helping you resolve your matter today. Please remember that there might be a delay between your follow up questions and my answers because I may be helping other clients or taking a break.Unless they ask for it, you don't need to send anything else. If they do, then send it certified mail to the Embassy. Having an attorney always helps, but if it's for a simple visa, it's not necessary unless you have something to hide - really.Best of luck in your matter. Experience: Private practice in several areas, including immigration
They asked for the
1. explanation of where and when me and my husband met.
2. List of guests in the wedding.
3. Both parties parents acceptance letter.
4. Wedding and before and after wedding pictures.
5. Pictures of me and my daughter overtime to prove our relationship.
After sending these how much time will they take to review and how many chances of giving her visa is there. Is there any reason on which they can deny? If that happens what should I do next to get her the visa?
It usually takes anywhere from 1-3 months. It's highly subjective, depending on the Consulate's work load. I cannot predict the chances of success since every application has a number of variables. They can DENY it if they suspect she is not really your daughter. If that is the case and they deny it, do a DNA test and send them the results with confirmation, and ask for a reconsideration due to this new evidence.Best of luck in your matter. but dna is not done between a mother and a daughter. it is only between a father and a child
Ma'am,With all due respect, a DNA test is indeed available for mother and daughter via mitochondrial DNA. This has been the case for the last 10+ years.Best of luck in your matter.
