Mi pregunta es que mi papa fallecio en diciembre del 2008 el era residente permanente y tenia una peticion familiar ellos ya estan aprobados quisiera saber que ba a pasar si todavia sigue el proceso o que pasa o que devo de hacer?
My question is if my father died in december 2008. And he was a resident of U.S. but he has a familiar petition and all of them were aproved. All I want to know is what is going to happend? Is the case still in process, or what do I have to do?
Si el fallecio DESPUES de que se aprobo la solicitud, entonces se puede sustituir peticionario por razones humanitarias. Es decir que la sustiticion no occure automaticamente. Se tiene que aprobar.
