I am seeking legal assistance to cpmplete the K1 visa process and then to complete all immigration forms for green card and change of status following my fiance''s arrival here in the USA.

The K-1 process begins with filing form I-129F in the United States with the USCIS. Upon approval it is forwarded to the consulate in her home country. She will need your tax returns along with an affidavit of support as well as have to take a medical exam by the time she goes to the interview at the consualte. Upon entry, she will have 90 days to marry. Thereafter, she can do the adjustment of status.
