DearCustomer
You asked this question a few times before. do you want to hear from another expert?
By itself, a divorce is not going to be sufficient to prove sole custody, unless it had language granting you custody.
The divorce is legally recognized in the U.S., but to make sure there are no issues with the divorce, you will have to get an apostille for the divorce, so that it will be accepted in U.S. courts more easily. But the divorce in Mexico is legally recongized as such in the U.s.
your issue is proving you had sole custody of the child. If the divorce decree does not mention sole custody, then you have to prove that you raised the child.
I alrady gave you a long list of documents and proofs you would require to overcome that evidence. No one document will do it, it will take all of them to gether to prove your child lived with you and you raised him.
