I have a 2014 Tuscan and my AC Compressor does not cut in

i have a 2014 Tuscan and my AC Compressor does not cut in when I put on the AC, could let me know whats the next step I should take.
JA: Have you checked the Freon level?
Customer: yes its good
JA: What is the model of your '14 Hyundai?
Customer: its not a four wheel drive
JA: Are you fixing your vehicle yourself? What have you tried so far?
Customer: no I am not my mechanic is and he has check the fueses and they are not blown
JA: Anything else you want the mechanic to know before I connect you?
Customer: i would appreciate if you could help

you are very welcome I will try to help you

1- First we need to check the ac system relay , please click on link to view diagrams and location ,i also sent you the wiring circuit for it in case we need to uses if it is not relay or fuse ,since you said Freon levels are good and you are positive on that :) so we have over 100 psi of freoen shown lon low side ,u usude gauges to check correct ?

There is a 10 amp fuse( labeled Module 4 ) in this box check that too

this is the list with description of the fuses in this box, read on the line where it says module 4 ,it will indicate power ac module
