2008 santa fe, turn key and no crank at all replaced ingnition switch, battery reads 12v
JA: Is the car in "Park" or "Neutral?" Do you know if your car has a "wheel lock" feature?
Customer: Park, no feature that i know of
JA: Are you fixing your Santa Fe yourself? What have you tried so far?
Customer: fixing myself so far, trying to avoid paying to have it towed
JA: Anything else you want the mechanic to know before I connect you?
