Hi, I'm Greg (Indy-Tech).Welcome to JustAnswer. I'm reviewing your question now, and will post back with your reply ASAP.Rgds Greg.
When you replaced the OCV's was the filters covered in sludge .
What condition was the oil in.
Is the oil level good, low oil level will also cause this issue.
How is the engine running .
Okay even though you have replaced the oil i suggest you give it a good engine oil flush.
Using a good flush agent like liquid moly for example .
Run engine until hot add flush and let idle for 10-15 minutes .then drain and refill with new oil and filter .
remove the OCV and reinspect for sludge .
Try this then get back to me Khalid.
