Hi My hyundau azera 2007 car cranks but not starting
JA: Have you checked the engine's fuel supply? And the spark plugs -- are they all working?
Customer: yes the spark plug is working and the fuel is pumping out
JA: Are you fixing your Azera yourself? What have you tried so far?
Customer: My local mechanic is doing that,He tried all means .he check the fuel supply,spark plug .the spark is comming out but car is not starting
JA: Anything else you want the mechanic to know before I connect you?
Customer: finally i have to check the immobilizer but we can't able to locate it

Hello, if you have fuel coming from the rail your issue is not the immobilizer because it cuts the fuel so the vehicle will not start. Scan the vehicle for trouble codes first, that will give you a direction to go in. If you have fuel and spark like you are saying and it still will not start, the next step is to check compression on all cylinders. I realize on the azera this is hard to do, so at least have him check the front cylinders compression.
