Hello and welcome to JustAnswer!

If the ajar light is coming on and alarm is going off then the problem may be with the door not closing properly, a bad ajar switch, or the ajar switch circuit could be shorting to ground somewhere in the harness. A wiring issue isn't as likely, especially since it's also happening when parked.

Do you have the part number of what was replaced?

Rear door actuator 95750-2B000

That's a power lock actuator and wouldn't be related to the problem you're having. What year and model is the vehicle?

Is the issue with a rear door or is it actually the liftgate?

Customer: replied 6 months ago.
Liftgate
Expert:  sprinkles08 replied 6 months ago.

The doors use a separate ajar switch but one isn't listed in the service information for the liftgate. Do you see an ajar switch in the opening when the liftgate is opened?

Light seperate from doors showing the liftgate

On the dash display.

What you're looking for is the switch itself in the door jam with it open.

All I see is the standard latching mechanism on the liftgate and the floor. The lifgate door panel is covering anything else
Expert:  sprinkles08 replied 6 months ago.

The ajar switch is integral to the latch then if there isn't a separate switch in the jamb.
