the car was working fine before Especially the hybrid battery or was it weak ?

Expert:  Chad Farhat replied 2 months ago.

you cant hook up your own charger on it ,unfortunately .

the dealer has a special charger for it , as long as the battery hybrid is still taking a charge ,it will work.

if that is the original hybrid battery, Usually they have a 10 year life and needs replacement

what is the mileage on yours, is this the original battery

Please let me know

Thank You

than charging it with dealer charger should bring it back to life .

sometimes we Recommend pulling the service plug when it sits for extend period of time, so it want discharge
