Hello, at 180k the first thing I would do is run a compression check. If you don't have a compression gauge you can borrow one with a deposit at most parts stores. Here's how to do it all cylinders should be within 10% of each other.

If compression checks good get a mechanics stethoscope and listen to the injector and see if you can hear it clicking.
