1st thing to check is if the AC pump / compressor is switching on ( is the pulley turning) when you enable the AC?

if it is then gas may need replacing as its efficacy drops off as it ages

and if the pump isn't switching then this could be due to a low gas level anyway as the pressure switch will prevent the pump from turning on if there's no gas

so the 1st step is to really check the system pressure levels
