Hello I will help,

If you are sure you have the lamps bolted in place correctly have you remove the bulbs to be sure they are indexed and seated properly? The bulb has a tab on its base that has to seat all the way in or it will be tipped up.

Where did you get the housings from? TYC?

Customer: replied 2 months ago.
lamp assemblies bolted correctly - direct fit with no issues.New bulbs were installed and seated correctly. Assembly housings are from Artzone

Ok, then I can't help you from here if everything is installed and seated correctly. I would be at Artzone asking for help or a refund then.

I will OPT OUT of your question as I have nothing further to add.
