Customer Question

I have 2007 Entourage that intermittently does not start. It has been towed three times already. Replaced starter, Replaced relay switch, Replaced ignition and also replaced the battery. I have read about TBD 07-90-009. I have mentioned it to the Hyundai mechanic but not sure if they agree. My car will have to be towed again tomorrow. I only received the car back4 days ago.

hi there,

im cam, a licenced diagnostic tech.
I have had 2 entourage i for a intermittent now start.
I have read the tsb you mentioned.
it is always a good idea to test and check any recommended tsb.
this was not my problem though...
both times i found a corroded ground connection on the main ground wire going to the radiator support.
have a look at this ground and every other ground connection on engine, firewall and frame. but mainly check this ground
