You will want to check fuse #14 in the under hood fuse block. Please see attached diagrams. 15 amp fuse.

Is there power to the relay? 2 terminals with the high beams on?
That sounds like the switch. Is there a ground to one of the other terminals at the relay with the high beams are on?
Where did you go?
