I have a 05 Hyundia Tiburon.misses cyl 3/6 doesn't have signal in orange wire/black stripe (checked for signal at coil and 4 pin connected none) Where does it get the signal from.ECU?

Hello and welcome to JustAnswer!

Yes, the coils are controlled by the engine controller. A loss of a coil driver could be a short or open circuit in the harness between the coil and ECM or the ECM itself. Once in a while incorrect cam timing will cause a coil driver to not work but that usually isn't the case.

Have you checked for fault codes?
