I need Head Torque for 2008 Hyundai Accent 1.6 Liter. THe Manual I have says 21.7 + 90 degrees.

Hello I will help you with your question,

That is the correct torque. You must have new head bolts for this enigne, you cannot reuse the bolts.

YOu do the sequence once, release the tension in order then retorque using the same procedure
