This vehicle requires the Remote (fob) to DisArm the Factory Alarm, because the DisArm requires a UNLOCK Signal from the Remote (fob) to DisArm & a LOCK Signal from the Remote (fob) to Arm the Factory Alarm.
Typically the Factory Alarm will DisArm by turning the Key to Start, unless the LOCK message has not been cleared by the computer.
Use of Dealer Scan Tool is needed to Program another Remote (fob) to DisArm
